Junior Endurance training is split into Development and Competition Squads.
Training sessions are on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Tuesday sessions are at Williamwood High School track from 6pm to 7.15pm and 7pm to 8.15pm as allocated by coaches
A Strength & Conditioning session for endurance athletes is held at the Maccabi Youth and Sports Centre, Giffnock on Wednesdays from 6.15 – 7.15pm.
Thursday sessions are at Eastwood High School track from 6pm to 7.15pm
Sunday sessions are at Rouken Glen Park from 9am to 10.30am; meet at the Pavilion.
