Congratulations and well done to Neil , his coach , Gordon Lockie and his family from all at Giffnock North.
Neil adds the following observations on this international selection. It’s on his ‘to do ‘list to give us a longer article at some time about his exciting experience at Virginia Tech where he has been studying for the last 2 years.
” I don’t forget where it all started on a Thursday night up at the club or a Tuesday night at Nethercraigs!
As a quick comment I’d say that I’m both excited and honoured to be able to represent Great Britain in Estonia. There’s been a lot of hard work gone in ,to getting what will be my first GB vest and it’s nice for that to begin to pay off.
Although it will be my first time in this level of international competition I’m determined to represent my country as well as I can and produce a result I can be proud of.”

Best wishes to Neil from all at Giffnock North. We are already very proud of you and all your achievements.
