Via Jackie ,the report from Rachel is that “it’s really good – but hot!! Hotel is lovely, food is good, and plentiful, and the Samoans are really friendly.

Jackie added that Rachel is training well but has wee cuts on her legs from the sand – apparently it’s mixed with crushed shells and stones and that’s the competition pit!
this is not a complaint form Rachel , more an observation. Its clear that she is enjoying the whole experience. All the best to you Rachel and all the Scottish Team from everyone at Giffnock North !!
Samoa is 12 hours ahead of UK.
