Great day out in the drizzle at Dechmont Law Park in Livingston, with good numbers of Giffnock North athletes competing in this great local event ran by Livingston Athletics Club.

There were even U9 races, but first involving Team GN was the U11 boys where Kian Dick took gold and Logan McNulty a bronze. No medals for U11 girls but some great runs (and smiles?) at first XC race for Amelie O’Donnell, Lottie Martin & Amy Munro.

GN athletes also fantastic at U13, with Freya Scobie picking up bronze, and Sarah McNulty just outside the medals. The boys race saw Callum Dick romp home with Ethan Scobie picking up a terrific bronze.

Lexie Martin did us proud as only GN U15 competing, capping off a great day. Think most have said they fancy going back to next Livi XC on Sat 13th Nov. Might even do the old crocks race myself!
