Best wishes go to many of our athletes for this weekend’s endeavours . It’s getting hard to keep up with them all. We have Lynn McKenna and Rhona  Mowat heading for Italy for the Mountain Running Championships. And our YDL Team heading to Scotstoun for Match 3 .

We have Erin Wallace , Adam Clayton, Alessandro Schenini  Jenna Wrisberg and Rachel Alexander heading for Bedford for the AAA  U23 &U20 Championships with important European Trial selections as part of these.

And we have 4 teams heading to Perth for the Super Teams
