A double silver for Giffnock in the men’s and women’s race. 

Silver for men was Ethan Carolan in 31:46.

Silver for women Yvonne McNairn in 35.31.

Also great times for Lewis McGuire, Jill Smylie, Andrew Mostyn, Rob Crusher and Andy Campbell, William McGuire, Andrew Mostyn and his son Ruairidh (who took the family PB today in 42.30!)
