Sessions on Tuesdays 6.00pm to 8.00pm at Hutchesons School Track April to October
Thursdays 7.30 -9.00pm at Williamwood School Track Also April to October . Training group will train indoors at the Emirates Arena when possible
Frequent lack of access means regular and frequent changes to Training locations
