Alyson Bell wins U20 European Championships Women’s 4x100m Gold in Tallinn.

Heats  GB  lead off by  Alyson Bell, Eve Wright Joy Eze and Aleeya Sibbons finished 2^nd just behind Germany in a time of 44.40

In the heats Alyson Bell (Giffnock North A.C.) got the team off to a great start before successfully passing the baton onto Eve Wright(Shaftesbury Barnet who then ran a strong leg down the back straight to handover to Joy Eze(Gateshead) who ran a solid race before handing over to Aleeya Sibbons(Newham and Essex Beagles) who brought the team home safely to finish 2^nd and securing a place in the final.

In the Final there was one change from the team that ran in the heats. Alyson Bell had a brilliant start, almost catching the Polish athlete before passing the baton safely onto to Eve Wright who ran strongly, which put some pressure on the German team before passing to Joy Eze after a strong run by Joy the baton was passed safely onto to Success Eduan(Sale Harriers) who brought the GB team home in 1^st place, in a time of 44.62 ahead of Poland and Germany.
